Annual Fund
Each year alumnae, past parents, current parents and friends of Waukesha Catholic are asked to support its mission by contributing to the overall operation of our schools. Gifts to the Annual Fund allow Waukesha Catholic to address instructional needs and also serve our faculty, staff and students.
Tuition and parish subsidy cover 84% of our operational costs. We count on everyone’s generosity to make up the 16% still needed. Your gifts to the Annual Fund make a difference… the critical difference which enables the rich tradition of Elementary Catholic Education in Waukesha to continue!
Tuition Assistance
Waukesha Catholic makes sure tuition assistance is available to families who find they need financial help to send their children to our schools. Your donation to the Tuition Assistance Fund helps support this effort.
Memorials & Tributes
Memorials are a special gift given to the school in memory of someone who has passed away. Memorials can be given following the death of a loved one, the anniversary of their death, or on their birthday. A note will be sent to the family of the deceased to inform them of your gift.
Tributes are a way to honor an alumnus, family member or friend through a gift to Waukesha Catholic in their name. Consider a gift at Mother's Day, Father's Day, reunion time, birthday time, Christmas, Easter, or anytime. A note will be sent to the honoree to acknowledge your gift in their name. Please send the honoree's name and address with your gift, along with the date of the special occasion.
Employer Matching Gifts
Many companies offer this benefit. Talk to your human resource department at work to find out if your company has a matching gift program. Request a matching gift form, send your gift and the completed form to Waukesha Catholic. We will complete the form and forward to your company.
Charitable Giving Through Life Insurance
Did you know that you can list Waukesha Catholic School System as the beneficiary of all or part of your life insurance or annuities? Leave a legacy that will benefit our great school for many years to come. Contact Rick and Susan Kremel at susan.kremel@catholicknights.org for more information.
Planned Gift
Waukesha Catholic welcomes planned gifts in the form of Bequests, Gift Annuities, Charitable Trusts and Life Insurance. We can assist donors who wish to include any of these in their estate planning. Making a planned gift can give tax benefits to the donor. Call our offices for more information.
Bequest
This is the simplest kind of planned gift - a provision in your will or trust which names Waukesha Catholic as a beneficiary. Bequests can be made for a specific amount, a percentage of your estate or a specific asset.
